Baby, I am just writing you to let you know how much I miss you.  Lady, I don’t know why these few days I miss family, our country- Cambodia and especially you, tevie. I am missing you terribly now. Stand Up To Our Dreams, Little Boy !

           Don’t let other people discourage us.  That’s just what they want.  They are out to criticize and wound.  Don’t let them make us feel bad.  Just because they aren’t happy doesn’t mean that we can’t be.

Our dreams in life don’t have to be spectacular; they can be whatever we want, like traveling to another country that we’ve never been to before, learning how to do something like play guitar, or be the best person/ student that we can.  Our dreams in life are about something we really want, something that is special and important to us. Our dreams don’t have to  be to become rich and famous, climb a mountain, or be the best guitar player in the world or anything like that.

It is more important that we try our best rather than trying to be the best in the world.  Only one person can be the best in the world at something, but everybody can do or try their best at something. Trying our best is what is truly important.  Do our best, try our best, give our best, but don’t expect to be the best.  We won’t be disappointed if we do.

Keep dreaming, man  ! Pay no attention to negative people; they have nothing to offer us and want us to fail just like them.  They want us to be negative and miserable like them and afraid of trying new things.  Don’t give in. Never Never Never give up !!! What we believe is what we have to do and stand up to start our journey. We are what We think [ * Buddha ] ( In preah sutra ).

Don’t worry about what negative people think.  Don’t try to impress them.  They won’t like what we do no matter what we do.  They want to bring us down.  Don’t let them. No matter what we do, some people will like it and some won’t.  We can’t make everybody happy.  But just focus on doing things for our own reasons and belief. What we believe is what we’re doing and recieving the results.

Just because they can’t doesn’t mean we can’t.  We can prove them wrong.  Don’t listen to the word impossible.  Don’t let them stop us from doing what we want to do.  Don’t care what they think or say.  Forget them and do what you want to do.

Live in our dreams and walk toward them !

Millennium Development Goals ( MDGs )

The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) were developed out of the eight chapters of the United Nations Millennium Declaration, signed in September 2000. The eight goals and 21 targets include

1. Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger
   • Halve, between 1990 and 2015, the proportion of people whose income is less than one dollar a day.
   • Achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all, including women and young people.
   • Halve, between 1990 and 2015, the proportion of people who suffer from hunger.
2. Achieve universal primary education
   • Ensure that, by 2015, children everywhere, boys and girls alike, will be able to complete a full course of primary schooling.
3. Promote gender equality and empower women
   • Eliminate gender disparity in primary and secondary education preferably by 2005, and at all levels by 2015.
4. Reduce child mortality
   • Reduce by two-thirds, between 1990 and 2015, the under-five mortality rate.
5. Improve maternal health
   • Reduce by three quarters, between 1990 and 2015, the maternal mortality ratio.
   • Achieve, by 2015, universal access to reproductive health.
6. Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria, and other diseases
   • Have halted by 2015 and begun to reverse the spread of HIV/AIDS.
   • Achieve, by 2010, universal access to treatment for HIV/AIDS for all those who need it.
   • Have halted by 2015 and begun to reverse the incidence of malaria and other major diseases.
7. Ensure environmental sustainability
   • Integrate the principles of sustainable development into country policies and programmes; reverse loss of environmental resources.
   • Reduce biodiversity loss, achieving, by 2010, a significant reduction in the rate of loss.
   • Halve, by 2015, the proportion of people without sustainable access to safe drinking water and basic sanitation (for more information see the entry on water supply).
   • By 2020, to have achieved a significant improvement in the lives of at least 100 million slum-dwellers.
8. Develop a global partnership for development
   • Develop further an open trading and financial system that is rule-based, predictable and non-discriminatory. Includes a commitment to good governance, development and poverty reduction—nationally and internationally.
   • Address the special needs of the least developed countries. This includes tariff and quota free access for their exports; enhanced programme of debt relief for heavily indebted poor countries; and cancellation of official bilateral debt; and more generous official development assistance for countries committed to poverty reduction.
   • Address the special needs of landlocked and small island developing States.
   • Deal comprehensively with the debt problems of developing countries through national and international measures in order to make debt sustainable in the long term.
   • In cooperation with developing countries, develop and implement strategies for decent and productive work for youth.
   • In cooperation with pharmaceutical companies, provide access to affordable essential drugs in developing countries.
   • In cooperation with the private sector, make available the benefits of new technologies, especially information and communications

If not, I hope the post office in Phnom Penh will take it to you soon. Surely, darling tevie, I don’t know you like the smell of this perfume or not, but if I don’t confuse you use this type of smell. I tried to find out what type of your favourite perfume when I sat near you. I’m not a skillful to choose perfumes. You know, I asked my girlfriends what kind of perfumes they like using. They suggested me to choose others. Anyway, I was luck because I saw your favourite type of perfume in the Boutique centre on the Miklukha Maklaya street. I chose it for you by myself. Please tell me when you receive it do you like it or not. However, I’m afraid my hand writing letter  did not reach you in which I wrote to you two days ago. That’s why just want to write to you. tevie, my soul and my everything ! I sit right here in front of computer, thinking of you, and how you make my heart beat and how I am in love. I could never have thought that I would feel this way. I don’t know how it happened, and frankly I don’t even care, I just want to love you and you to love me. I love you forever and never leave you, tevie my princess in the kingdom of my heart ! You’ll be in my arms and my bra will be your soft pilow I promise you. Other things I want to reply to you. You asked me few days ago, ” why when I was Online, I did not want to chat with you thru Yahoo Messenger ? “.

Do I hate you, my lady ? Do I angry you, my heart full of love ? Am I tired with you, my love and my everything ? - My only answer to you: No ! I’ll never hate you.       ” How are you my dear, are you tired, are you ok ? “ And lots of questions like these I always ask you. Not because I just want to ask or curious, but every question comes from inside of my real heart. I know we are so far apart from each other and I try so much to be with you. I know, this is so hard but nothing on earth can make me lose my true love for you. After reading your letters, Still wondering if I am dreaming or what ? Do I deserve all the love ? What is it in me that makes you treat me so nice ? I can’t get any answers. When I knew I am your girl in love, I asked myself ” Why it should be me to be you girl in love ? “- It’s not mean I was satisfied with it. But with worrying that: If we’re in love, we can not be in friendship again. Friendship can become Love, But Love never become Friendship again”. I’m worried we would not have our good friendship like we had in the past when our love in trouble one day. However, I know that I’m glad and thankful that you are happy to live in my heart and for making me feel so loved ! Baby, you mean the world to me and no one can ever compare to you. I think about you all the time, like I said in my mails, I wake up to thoughts of you and go to sleep with thoughts of you. Your name repeats over and over in my mind. Each day my love grows stronger for you and I know for a fact that my love will never die, my love will never die, tevie my belove lady !

My Lady in life, first of all, I have a good news to tell you, wanna know ? I absolutely understand that you really want to know. As I told you in my last letter June 16, 2008 that today I have examination for International Relationship subject. This subject is harder more than I’ve thought. Anyway, my baby I’m proud to tell you that your lover, krishna recieved ” 5 ” . Poor Am I Norrr…. ? Has Ha…  . Not like what you’re thinking ! The score ” 5 ” means ” Excellent ” batt :b !!!

 In Russian educational system: If student receives:

                     ” 3 “ = ” Satisfaction ” ,

                      ” 4 “ = ” Good ” and

          the last ” 5 “ = ” Excellent “.

Know :b ? How clever is your lover, krishna :b Has Ha… ? Anyway, I’m not too satisfied with this ” 5 “, but even I received ” 3 ” I’m still happy because now I know what I’m doing. I’m proud that I know: I’m trying to do my best to receive what I want. I’m not clever, but I’m starting clever and I’m not the best, but I’m starting better…./ Because your encouragement helps me to do this stuff well. Because My Family encourages me to do what I want, Because My Cambodia encourages me to do it !- There are remain only 4 sujects I have to complete. Hope everything will be alright !

Maybe in this letter I wrote only about myself alot. Sorry my lady, If you’re bored to read it. I hope you’re interested in this information. But I really hope you’ve not taken offence. If you have even once, tell me in your next letters. I’m waiting for your letter !

Frankly, tevie, my heart ! I’m suprised to hear this information from you. On the contrary, I’m not suprised when I know that I am not your first man or I’m not the one who can receive your first love.  By the way, I’m suprised what you tell the true to me. I love the way you do, baby ! It’s simple for me to tell you that ” It’s not necessary to be the first or the second, but the most important, (can I ask from you ), Is the “LAST”. Can I be your last one ? – My experience in life teaches me that: ” In love, we can not find the real first love”. Do you know what I mean ? I want to say that everyone has his first love since he was born. After that, He has second love when he knows who is he. And for the third, the fourth or for the last when we start our youth time or continue to adult age. You’re right to say: ” My first love is my real love ! “. However, for me ” real ” or ” false ” It depends on our feeling. If you think your 100th love is the ” real love “, Ok ! That’s fine.  To love a person, It’s not the easy work ! But to keep him with us, It’s more harder. You understand what I want to say about your broken-heart experience ? – Sometimes, in this circumstance he loves you or you love him, but who know ? 10 years or less than this what is going to happen ? It’s very good that he broke his relationship with you before you marry him. For you, I understand that you care about the first, the second or the last. But for me, maybe I have a different idea that ” To love a girl/man, never care the first, the second or the third but just pay attention how she/he feels with me now -really love me or just…- that’s enough to say ! ” . Another Idea, I realize myself that” To love someone, never think her/his past experience but focus on what is she/he doing now. “-Generally, I don’t know it’s the right idea or not, but for me I think it’s right to do such this. Hence, I can reach my conclusion to you in this moment that ” You’re always in my heart ! So long as you’re not marry someone, you’re still in my heart ! Or I can say ” Even if you have fiancer, you’re still in my heart ! ” And the last I want to tell you” If one day after marriage, You’re alone, you’re still in my heart !!! “. But I hope those things won’t happen because if you marry a man, the man is ” ME, krishna “. Honestly to tell you, tevie my beloved lady that: I really really love you from now until death . Right now, I’m living so far away from you, but I know in my heart that we are doing the right thing. And, I am trying to get things straight so we can live forever and spend a lifetime together. I don’t want to lose you for anyone else or anything that anyone has to say about you. I want you to know that I love you from the deepest part of my heart. My love for you is unconditional. The love for you is so strong and the most powerful feeling that I have had in a long time and I am just at a loss for words when it comes to you.  I want you to know again and again  that I love you and there is nothing will ever change that about how I feel… I love you. You are my heart and soul – never have I met anyone with your kind spirit and loving heart. I am truly sorry if I ever have let an opportunity slip by without letting you know how special you are.
